PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE TOWN OFFICE OR REC OFFICE TO MAKE A BOOKING.  We are still setting up our phone and computer to open on Friday, May 29th. Please send an email to birchhillsgolfcourse@gmail.com with your booking request (including date, time, number of holes and golfers) and we will respond by end of day. 

We will be operating in a temporary location with limited services. These include green fees, carts, driving range, memberships, and the sale of insect repellent, and a small selection of tees and balls.  The golf course is not licensed to serve liquor and is not permitted to serve food.  Feel free to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.  We look forward to providing you with a full service offering in the near future.

If you would like to make a donation to the new clubhouse, you can do so at the Birch Hills Town Office (cheques payable to the Town of Birch Hills; memo Golf Course Clubhouse.  Donations over $25.00 are eligible for a taxable donation receipt.
